A Big Family Christmas

We had a very Merry Christmas! Our greatest joy our grandchildren. It had been many years since we were all together for Christmas. This picture was taken Christmas Eve before the Christmas Eve service. It is not easy to get three little ones to all smile and look in the same direction at the same time. So we tried family groups. Hannah, 3 years old, loves her little brother, Nathan, 10 months old.

Paige is now two years old. Grandma had fun buying all of the kids Christmas outfits.

Alan, Tracy and Paige

Brian, Lauren, Nathan and Hannah.
Grandma B and Michelle were also here but we didn't get pictures of them. It was a little hectic getting everyone ready and fed before leaving for church at 5:30. But we had our traditional Christmas Eve dinner, Pizza. I know it is strange but a good option on a busy night and what kid doesn't like pizza.

Another one of our family traditions is our big Christmas breakfast. With Great grandma Palmer's china we have waffles with strawberries, eggs, bacon.
Tracy set the table beautifully, we had Christmas day at Alan and Tracy's house.

Nathan with his Christmas pj's that Frosty brought. His were red long johns with drop drawers with the word Naughty on the butt. However he is too sweet to be naughty!

Nathan, a guy with lots of smiles! His smile just melts his grandma's heart!

Michelle spend most of the Christmas break sick. When she was feeling okay she spent as much time as possible with the kids. They love "Shell".

Uncle Doyle, Glenda's brother and his wife Judith joined us Christmas afternoon. Doyle loved playing with the little ones. It was really special to have my mom with us and for her to be with half of her kids. We missed you, Dedra, Tom, Steve and Kris.

Nathan slept during our opening of gifts but then he got his own time when the girls were sleeping. He liked his little ball the shakes and giggles from Aunt Tracy, Uncle Alan and Paige.

Grandma made the girls matching nightgowns.

Paige tries on her new dress up clothes.

Hannah too enjoys finding something to wear in the box.

The girls also got beauty kits from Granma. We think Paige is going to follow in her mothers foot steps.

Brian was so happy that we got some snow. Hannah and Brian were the only ones who got out and played.

Brian and Lauren also got to take a day and go skiing at Mt Baker. They had a great time!

One day we went swimming at the Bellingham swimming pool. It was a fun family activity!

The following photos are proofs from a photo shoot that we had done. It was our Christmas present from our kids. We think that they are great!

Well since we are too late to say Merry Christmas we will say
Happy New Year from our family to yours!
